Fife Contacts

Pictured is Robert Baird who was born on the 31st December 1890 at Ferry Port On Craig. He sailed with the Dundee whalers the Balena and Nova Scotia, and was married to Margaret Ferrier on the 10th April 1916, he then served in the Royal Naval Division in the First World War. Robert is a descendent of John Baird and Isabel Blyth who married at Ferry Port On Craig on the 7th Aug 1779.
